So What’s It All About
Corporate Leadership Skills
Many of the leadership lessons are taken from famous authors like Stephen Covey. This leadership training rivals that of corporate leadership trainings that high level CEO’s are required to attend as part of their position. Wood Badge teaches you people skills that you will use every day of your life.
An Experience of a Lifetime
There’s no doubt you’ll walk away having had one of the most enjoyable experiences in your life. Time and time again we have participants begging for the opportunity to serve as staff members. After you experience this training we know you’ll be able to impact the lives of youth more than ever.
Friendships That Last
I’ve head the line before, “I’ve got enough friends!” Well…you’re wrong. You are going to leave this training with friendships that will never end. When you come to Woodbadge we’re all strangers. When we leave, we’re family. You will find a sense of camaraderie like you’ve never experienced before.
Amazing All-Inclusive Food
Your deluxe six-day all-Inclusive Wood Badge experience comes with more food than you’ll be able to eat. This isn’t the scout camp-out food you’re used to. If you go home hungry you only have yourself to blame. Late night cracker-barrels and snacks throughout the day make your experience all the better.
It's Not Rocket Science
The learning seems to never cease at Wood Badge but the methods the lessons are learned is what makes Wood Badge so enjoyable. There’s no clicking through an online training. We are learning high impact life lessons while building bottle rockets! Hmmm…maybe it is Rocket Science.
The Patrol Method
We are certain you’re involved in a team right now. Whether at work, your marriage or sports, we all have worked in teams. Wood Badge teaches the Patrol Method where you will learn to work together as a team. By the end of this course, you’ll have the skills that will take your team from good to great!!
